data migration from one table to the other

hi!
i need to transfer some data fromone table1 to table2:
i.e
say the structure is like this:
table1 col1 col2
emp id name address

table2 col1 col2
part id name

table3 col1 col2
address id address

now we have to transfer the data from table one to table 2 and table 3 using ASCII files....can u pls help!!!

What part of the problem are you most uncertain about? What have you considered trying/using to solve the problem?
