Hi, I just installed Linux (Mandrake 8.2) on an old computer of mine and I want to install Java on it. I'm new to this Linux by the way. So I downloaded the jdk in rpm.bin format and now I want to install it. I can't find any documentation about how to install it. Does anyone know of a website that can show me how to do this? Thanks.

I thought it was on the Sun website where you downloaded the jdk. Search the Unix/Linux forum and you'll find some info - someone recently asked that question over there.

Customer surveys are for companies who didn't pay proper attention to begin with.
