PackageForTheweb error

Howdy all,
I'm trying to install java 2 sdk 1.3 or 1.4 on my machine. Everytime I run the installation I get a PackageForTheWeb error, and the installation fails. Has anyone encountered this problem before?
I know that the installation CD I'm using is fine. I've tried it on another machine and it worked fine.
I'm running Win98, which I recently installed, if that helps.
I'd really appreciate any ideas as i'm really stuck.

Fun programming etcetera!

Very strange,
The only thing i could suggest is that you uninstall windows 98 and install a real os. But i guess thats not what you wanted to hear is it. Sorry.

Its not what you do, its the way you say you've done it.

You may want to visit The InstallShield Support Site and take a look at article Q101723.
