The above link contains a card that is made in Java .I want to get simple code about how these kind of cards are made.I have seen quiet a lot of them.

I think, you have to take a closer look to JAI (Java Advanced Imaging). I'm shure, that this kind of behaviour is possible with that API.

Heck, I think that you can do that just by making a gif and using a Photo editor to add in the ripple effects.
Then just stick the gif on an html page.
