Hi,
Can anyone help me in telling where to execute the following command.
jar cvf abc.jar -c staging_dir.
also pl tell me what is staging_dir

In the working directory where you excute this statement, you should be able to find staging_dir.
staging_dir is the directory, inside which, all the files that you want to compress reside.
