I did email in java Assignment EvenOrOdd on Tuesday, April 3 and have not yet received any word on it.
Did anyone get my Assignment?
If not I will gladly send it again.
Thanks,
Amber Woods
PS I definately need a little rest, I was just about to swat at the nat flying near my computer screen when I realized it was actually the fly in the Moose image.
Night Guys!
See ya in the morn.

Amber I also submitted an attempt on the 3rd. I know Marilyn works FIFO there could be a lot ahead of us. So we have to wait.

Thanks Johannes,
Don't mean to rush anyone. Just checking.
Wish I could help. I know there has been a multitude of newcomers including me so I'm sure we are increasing the workload. Just want to let the nitpickers know you guys are awesome for doing this in your spare time.

I'm in the same boat, I submitted Leap attempt 3 Tuesday morning, but I read that Marilyn is a little behind and in need of sleep so I haven't been too worried about it. How are you feeling Marilyn?
If I ever graduate Elementary I'm going to volunteer to nitpick. Maybe I can help ease the load. I think its great how fast JavaRanch is growing and the whole idea of a free place to learn technology is a great testimony to the true value of the Internet.
Thanks again to all the nitpickers.

Marilyn has had a very busy week (outside of nitpicking), JC is out of town. Bill has been doing a good job keeping up. Three cheers for Bill!

For the rest of you students, thanks for being so patient.

Thanks to the nitpickers for finding/taking the time to look at our code.
Maybe it would help the nitpickers if we didn't submit any assignments on a given day of the week. Maybe Friday would be good. I think all the students are (should be) really grateful that we get a response at all. It's great having a self study program/site that gives you actual expert critique of your code and for freeeeeee. Thanks!!!

Just wanted to let the Nitpickers (Marilyn, Bill, JC) that I feel really bad about questioning whether my assignment was received. The reason I thought I might was because I had seen some recent posting where other people's email didn't go through. Now I feel really bad that I even posted the ?.
Sorry for looking impatient. I will be more patient from now on. I really do appreciate all you guys do and I think this site is awesome!!
Thanks,
Amber

Johannes,
Sounds like it's another idea for a project. Well, I don't really know
how the cattle drive assignment handling goes right now.
But wouldn't it be nice to have a log for the nitpick's worklist. So we can see what assignment are in and the who's
nitpicking what and what's left on queue.
So people don't have to bug the nitpickers all the time

Ryo when I started the log the intention was that eventually it would be fully automated. Bill approaced me awhile ago to get involved in a project automating it. I accepted to get involved. But have since decided to take a backseat.
I suggest you look at the following two url's for more info http://www.javaranch.com/ubb/Forum19/HTML/000369.html & http://www.javaranch.com/ubb/Forum19/HTML/000379.html
