Checked the archives, and could not find a question that addresses my question. If this issue has already been discussed, please post the link.
Am in the process of moving on to J2SDK1.4.2 from 1.31, and need some help updating autoexec.bat.

current line reads –
SET PATH=%PATH%;C:\WINDOWS\Twain_32\Scanwiz;C:\WINDOWS\Twain\Scanwiz;c:\jdk1.3.1_02\bin;c:\JavaProjects
In the new release there is no \bin directory directly below j2sdk_nb. There are several \bin directories nested at least two levels below the j2sdk_nb level. What value goes into this line of autoexec.bat.

If you know of any tricks for this install, would appreciate your sharing them with me.
Thanks, connie

Find the bin directory that has javac.exe in it and use that one.
