hello
i want to use times new roman fonts, but I dont know how to set up the font.properties.
I am using linux redhat 8 and have alway basic fonts in my generated pdf file.
can someone help me?

Have you tried a statement like
setFont(new Font("Times",Font.BOLD,24));
from the java.awt.Font class?
