Hi all,
I want to read a file remotely, I am using FileInputStream to open, BufferReader to read, PrintWriter to write the file locally, but BufferReader.readLine() will lose \n or \r,
So HOw do I do this read and write (essentially ftp) in JAVA? Or you could tell me any other language choice.
Thanks.

by remotely what do you mean?
is the only way to access the file via FTP?

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
