I bascially wanted to write some code that would allow me to download all of the following images to my local computer from this url:

Here's something quick that won't compile as is. You'll have to write the code for parsing the String and for reading and writing the binary data streams.

Go to this page and scroll down to Example 7-1 It isn't exactly what you are looking for but it gives you a start.
All I did was google "java example code url" and that page was the first hit.
