Multi-dimensional Array

Hello All!
I've been trying to figure out multi-dimensional arrays and am having no luck. I understand arrays but I am totally lost with the multi's when they are more than 2 dimensional. None of my java books (about 3-4) have a very clear explanation.
Does anyone know where I could find a great explanation? This seems to be important on the SCJP exam but in my coding experience, I've only had to work with two dimensional arrays at most.

cant help with that, but just wanted to say i kind of doubt you will see anything on SCJP with more than 2-dimensional.

Think of them as arrays of arrays.
int[][][]
would be an int array which contains some two dimentional int arrays.
