I am at oop-2 and I have created a HashMap I was going to fill this with numbers and matching word i.e. one = 1. But what the smeg is the vector for? And why is 28 the majic number for HashMap objects or am I reading too much into this?? Please help this is eating away at me brain
Many thanks,
Marcus

Marcus,
Think how many distint numbers there are in 0 to 99. That should help with the 28 thing.

Ah brain fart I see now. Now how does the vector come into it can I not just read the input and do a pull from the HashMap?
Thanks,
Marcus

Vector has nothing to do with the assignment per se. That code is only there as an example of how to do a static block.
