Hello,
I am new in J2EE. I have download j2sdkee1.3 & java tutorial1.4 on my XP OS.How I set CLASSPATH, JAVA_HOME, J2EE_HOME on my program? So, please....................help....................me.

Take a look at http://test.javaranch.com/wiki/view?HowToSetTheClasspath and see if it doesn't point you in the right direction for figuring out how to set environment variables.
Note that the JAVA_HOME value should be the directory where you've installed the J2SE SDK, and the J2EE_HOME value should be the directory where you've installed J2EE.
 
It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
