Most of humanity / society has disgusted me enough to think about buying an island somewhere and moving there to start my own form of society. No government to answer to , no one to own up to and I AM THE LAW.
In my search I came across this interesting website : Private Islands for Sale
My favourite island unfortunately costs $18.6 million. If anyone contributes $10000 or more he or she is guranteed citizenship in this new society. So here I begin my begging bowl...
Disclaimer: All contributors / future citizens will be subject to intellectual discrimination by the proponent of this concept.. that is ME!

You should rent one first, see how it pans out. Remember Lord of the Flies? So no kids! If you let me live there, I'll do the lawns.

Economic Model:
Cost of living - almost free. Pay only for basic amenities like water and electricity. Other stuff is free, no property tax no income tax no education tax. Service charges however apply for services used. That is if you use the road pay toll.. if you buy petroleum then buy gas premium.
The island's economy will be primarily service based and small business based. We will do trading activities like Singapore therefore generating sufficient income to keep ourselves afloat.
Education:
All kids will be home schooled therefore eliminating the need for an educational system. Higher education can be done abroad.
Law & Order:
No gun control.. each man provides and protects his family. Any heinous crimes will be provided closure with summary execution after town hall style trial. Saves money that would be otherwise spent on having a prison facility. Another option could be to expel criminals from the island.

Keep believing you soon will earn your turn to flash in the pan
It's deceiving 'cause nothing kills like this metropolis can
Everywhere there's blind ambition
Dog eat dog and screw you
You do unto others and they do unto you
Everyday you fight taxicabs and traffic, permanent frowns
Lay awake at night wondering if you hear burglary sounds
Think it's time to make my exit
Kiss all this goodbye and
Catch the next flight south connecting to my island life
Look at me I'm a refugee from the island life
I belong where the shade is palm and the mango's ripe
I'll do all my swinging in some hammock by a turquoise sea
For free
Guess it must be clear I do not belong in this cityscape
I am not from here and I do intend to make my escape
Take me back to waterfalls in volcanic canyons
Where coconuts and orchids are my sole companions
Look at me I'm a refugee from the island life
I belong where the shade is palm and the mango's ripe
How inviting it would make always killing time if you
Came too
Can't you see we're just refugees from the island life
We belong where the shade is palm and the mango's ripe
We'll do all our swinging in some hammock by a turquoise sea
For free
