int Index for Vectors???

What exactly is an int index used with a vector? How do I create one? Can I use one to determine where objects in a vector are inserted and removed?

Perhaps if you spent some quality time with our good friend Mr. Vector you would have no problem answering these questions on your own.
(Hint: use edit > find int to pick out the references to int within the page)
