parse int to string???help!!!!

i can parse string to integer like this:
String j;
int i = Integer.parseInt(j);

is there a way for me to parse a value of int to String again?

It would be something like:

j = Integer.toString(i);

Alternate means for making a String from an int include String.valueOf(int) and simply concatenating the int with a String: "" + myInt.
