i plan to create a website for user who stay in condominium. this website is speacially created to ease the residents who live condominium. Do you have any idea what are the features or facilities that i can put it the website? for example, this website enable residents to pay their rental or maintenance fees online. or add forum to this web site. Anyone who has idea do not hesitate to post it here. i would appreciate any advice.

Hi Jil Shi, I think you can give some feature like...
1. User maintenance This function is used by user with "administrator" role to create, update, delete user. By the way, all users can also update their personal profile and cannot to delete or create new user... I think it is make sense for security reason
2. Content management This function is used by all users to create a new announcements, news, or (maybe) invitation for party, etc. Daily activities around the condominium can also be added so all residents can know about their environment.
3. Forum management This function is used for sharing about anything among residents. So they can share problems and the others can give their thought as solutions.
4. Billing management This function is operated by administrator to maintain how residents do billing such as for gas, electricity, water, etc. I think it cannot be an online application because it is used for "intranet" purpose
5. Message/Email management This function is used for residents to send message to their neighbor.
