Here are a lot of different things:
http://users.erols.com/ziring/java-samp.html

The sample code from a great O'Reilly book is all available online:
http://examples.oreilly.com/jenut/

If you're into networking, you'll want to take a look at these:
http://www.cafeaulait.org/books/jnp2e/examples/

This may be a little advanced for you right now, but if you want to see a lot of stuff (GUI, networking, you name it), here ya go:
http://java.sun.com/docs/books/tutorial/together/index.html

What do you want to learn? Take your pick:
http://www.freewarejava.com/tutorials/index.shtml

And let's not forget the source, from which you can piece together whatever you want:

TopCoder has on-line programming competitions in several languages, including Java. If you register at the website, you get access to the practice problems in their competition arena. Even if you don't want to compete, the problems are fun to use for practice. (If you decide to register, put Code-Guru as the referring member).
