ANT is not working due to some java problem

I have set <ANT_HOME> and classpath properly but still when i am running ant i am getting this error can anybody tell me what i have to do


C:\Documents and Settings\shreehp>ant
java.lang.InstantiationException: org.apache.tools.ant.Main
at java.lang.Class.newInstance0(Class.java:293)
at java.lang.Class.newInstance(Class.java:261)
at org.apache.tools.ant.launch.Launcher.run(Launcher.java:195)
at org.apache.tools.ant.launch.Launcher.main(Launcher.java:55)

Do you have more than one version of ant.jar on your machine?

Try unsetting your CLASSPATH before running ant.
