is java purely object ? or not ? if not why ?

is there any advantage or disadvantage of using static ? what are the advantages and what are the disadvantages?


what are the advantages of using interfaces over abstract class.? or vice versa.

These sound like Assignment questions. If you can demonstrate some understanding, we can help, but not a full answer which you may pass as your own. But to get you started:

Interfaces - Bare classes with no implementations, just method "headers". Like a contract.

Abstract - Like interfaces, but some implementation may be provided for certain methods. Cannot create instances of Abstract classes.

Now ask yourself which is better and why.
