These sound like Assignment questions. If you can demonstrate some understanding, we can help, but not a full answer which you may pass as your own. But to get you started:
Interfaces - Bare classes with no implementations, just method "headers". Like a contract.
Abstract - Like interfaces, but some implementation may be provided for certain methods. Cannot create instances of Abstract classes.
Now ask yourself which is better and why.
