Take a minute to make my dad happy...
  • Go to http://www2.woodcraft.com/santavoting/
  • Scroll down about 3/5 of the way, until you find "Santa Woodsman" in the right hand column. Click on "Click here for details."
  • Press the "Vote" button.

  • Vote early and often!

Isn't that cheating? Or can we write a program to vote every 5 seconds? Do they check for IP? Never seem so many santas in one place before!!!

They do seem to prevent you from voting more than once, but I think it's cookie based, so it would be easy enough to get around. But I'm not asking that. This is for the "people's choice" award, and they don't say what the criteria are... so "Wanting to make EFH's dad happy" is valid.

Hmm, Santa Carpenter looks like Jack Torrance had he not got frozen to death in that maze at the end of "The Shining".
Time to go Santa - when you gotta go, you gotta go. "Santa's been caught short and needs to curl out a steamer behind his sleigh!".

This is common in England, too.
Did I mention that voting closes at noon EST today -- a mere 4 hours, 15 minutes from now?

Sorry your dad's carving didn't win, EFH. I voted, and actually because I rather liked it.

    Thanks, Joe!
The number and quality of the entries increase significantly each year. It's amazing what some people can do.
Anyway, Dad's already thinking about next year. he doesn't give up easily!
