I want to clear screen,when run my application.
my application run in unix and winNT.
but i don't how to do,please help me !

Clearing the console is platform dependent. I don't of any method in the Java API that will do this directly. It looks like a Google search turns up some possibilities, but I don't know if any of them are guaranteed to be paltform-independent. In particular, the following links look somewhat promising:
