Hi, I want to learn and practice JSP & Servlets. But due to admin restrictions and other issues, I couldn't practice JSP & Servlets in free time in my office. Is there any way to practice JSP & Servlets thru Online???

You might be able to set up a free/trial hosting account with a company that provides JSP/servlet hosting: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&q=tomcat+hosting

Do you have a home computer? Tomcat (a JSP and servlet container that also functions as a web server) is free and runs on Windows, Linux and Mac OS X.

The Servlets section of the Cattle Drive explains how to set up Orion (a servlet container and web server that is written in java) and also gives you a few exercises to practice with.
