Folks,

I need to use com.sun.java.swing package in Java 1.3 or 1.4. Where is the jar? I don't want to change com.sun.java.swing to javax.swing.

Thanks,
Amer.

I don't want to change com.sun.java.swing to javax.swing.
However that is what you should do. What is your reason for not wanting to do it?

Many changes to check how an application looks like! I just need to run it without spending time finding out what to change in the whole code.

Sure there are many changes, but a global search-and-replace should take care of that. You don't have to type every one of them. Let the computer do that sort of thing.

Eclipse, among others, has excellent refactoring facilities. Use it and you will not worry about such stuff..

I think if you go looking in the remaindered book bins, you may find an old
book with a CD that has that beta version of Swing. Of course, it's buggy
