hi all, i m very much new t java or shud i say java is new to me .i am pursuing a PG diploma in software but never had any encounters with java before here in my institute we have mgpt's (machine graded programing test)
in java. now that's the only practical criteria to get the certificate and even the job thru campus.i have attended 3 mgpts and yet no success how ever only 7 have cleared the mgpts yet but i wanna learn some tips to build a quik approach towards java n deeply wanna clear the mgpt n i m trying too
but faliure only disappoints me help me !!

Hi Vibhu,

Please try to get hold of a copy of 'Head First Java'. It's a great book on Java to begin with. Hope this helps.

Start with a very simple program, then gradually enlarge it as you encounter new areas of study. Also see the http://java.sun.com/docs/books/tutorial/.
 
I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
