Creating a dialog box with any message you specify

You haven't specified the software requirement. If this is part of a course specify it.

To answer your question the minimum we need to know
Where you will input the message - command line or screen?
How will you display the dialog box - html or swing?

Take a look at Sun's tutorial on How to make dialogs, then let us know if you have specific questions.
