how to use mkdir and mkdirs of FILE class.

You have to use it as specified in the API.

    File file = new File ( "C:/DIR1/DIR2" );
 
    // Creates a directory called DIR2, if and only if DIR1 exists. 
    // Returns false otherwise.
    file.mkdir ( ); 
 
    // Creates DIR2 inside DIR1, if DIR1 exists. 
    // Else creates DIR1 first and then creates DIR2 inside it.
    file.mkdirs ( );
