Hello "Green Horn"-

Welcome to JavaRanch.

On your way in you may have missed that JavaRanch has a policy on display names, and yours does not comply with it; specifically, a first name and a last name are required. Please adjust it accordingly, which you can do right here. Thanks for your prompt attention to this matter.

As to your question, Suns Java Tutorial is an ever popular one.

Please read the naming policy carefully; it specifically states that the screen name must not be obviously fictitious. We take this matter seriously, so you should adjust your screen name accordingly.

Regarding your question, do you seriously think you can learn a programming language by watching videos? It takes lots of hands-on experience.

I feel sorry to say..

that there are so many people out there to complain about naming conventions and other stuffs,

rather than fully helping towards answering the related questions...

anyway, I appreciate the *HELP*

Thank you..

Laxi,

the reason we have the naming policy is because that's the kind of community we want to build here. I think the tone of discussion and the respect for other ranch member is on a different level than it is in other forums where people use bogus names. Stay around for a while, and I'm sure you'll see the difference.

As to "fully helping", I'm not sure what you mean by that. Maybe you can elaborate a bit on what you were expecting. It looks like you didn't have much luck in getting answers to your previous questions, but there may be reasons for that. Again, stick around a bit, and you'll get the hang of the Ranch, and figure out how to get the most out of it.

I don't think anyone is going to answer this for the simple reason that I've never heard of a free Java video tutorial. The only video tutorials of any kind that I've ever heard of -- good or bad, mostly bad -- are commercial products.
