Customers who bought this book also bought:
The Zombie Survival Guide: Complete Protection from the Living Dead by Max Brooks Who Cut the Cheese: A Cultural History of the Fart by Jim Dawson Walter, the Farting Dog (Walter the Farting Dog) by William Kotzwinkle, et al 500 Low-Carb Recipes: 500 Recipes from Snacks to Dessert, That the Whole Family Will Love by Dana Carpender
The odd thing is that this book seems to be popular amongst low-carbers (not to mention people worried about zombie attacks).

The author's homepage: http://hometown.aol.com/nishigaki3/index.htm "Breathing" by using your lower abdomen (around your navel) is taught in Chi Kung and Tai Chi so there must be something to it! If you're a bloke, exercising that region of the body is also supposed to lead the way towards achieving multiple orgasms, along with other exercises like laying a flannel over your erection and trying to flick it up into your face (make sure you're alone in the house before you try that one...)
