Dogeball was a really funny movie, but I would still have to go with Kung Pow: Enter the fist as the best comedy movie that I have ever seen.

I watched Kung Pow with my martial arts students, twice. I loved it
[Chosen One kicks Wimp-Lo in the face. Wimp-Lo does a pose] Wimp Lo: Ha! Face to foot style, how do you like it? Chosen One: I'm sure on some planet your style is impressive, but your weak link is: this is Earth. Wimp Lo: Oh yeah? Then try my nuts to your fist style!

I saw dodgeball last night as well. I don't have a very good opinion of it. In fact i only went because some of my friends wanted to see it.
Best comedy in my opinion is The Birdcage with Robin Williams. I hear the french version is even funnier especially since Americans find the french accent funny and associate some negative connotations about it already that somewhat relates to the topic of the Birdcage.
