I've heard that the town of lost wages is home to some of the best food in the world.

Anybody have a recommendation for really good places to eat and what to order?

I've been there a couple of times.

There are buffets, huge ones, literally everywhere. The Sahara has a nice Champaigne brunch on Sunday.

The Bellagio also has a very large buffet. Definitely "high end". We also went to a place called the Palace Station.

Oddly enough I haven't been to any traditional "sit down" restaurants in Vegas.

Take a look here: http://www.vegas.com/restaurant/?vc1=21&vc2=tabs_gph_din_7

My wife and I usually just hit the buffets. Amazingly cheap, and fabulous food. the Breakfast at the Hilton was great, as was the one at the Luxor.

Our favorite dinner buffet was at the Rio. It's the biggest buffet we went to, and has about 10 stations with different genres - from Tex/Mex to Japanese to burgers/pizza

If you're looking for nice, formal, sitdown kind of places.... lemme know where you end up going and how they are!!!

And bet $5 on 23 at the roulette wheel for me, will ya? (it worked for me once)

Hit the buffets. There are everywhere. The Bellagio's is outstanding, I am told. I haven't been to that one personally.

Sea food in Rio is great(you may need to make reservation for the restaurant though).

Luxor breakfast buffet is nice.

I liked all the restaurants in Bellagio(including the buffett which is grand)...

Vegas is the best place for food lovers(and gamblers too )
