Anyone here take the AP computer science course? Is there anything I should do to prepare for the final exam, I am pretty bad at Java and the class is very hard, I really need a good grade on the final exam.

For example, any sites that can help me master basic Java things such as String class, StringBuffers, arrays, and other basic Java principles. Any sites with example code that has comments to help me understand what's going on? THat kind of stuff.

Also any info about the final exam and what stuff was major on the exam would be nice as well.

Thanks a lot

Hi, welcome to the ranch,

I didn't even know that Associated Press runs computer courses.
And yes, the tutorials from Sun are a good starting point.

Is there really an AP computer science now? Wow. Computers have really taken over the world... :-)

I am assuming AP computer science is similar to AP calculus, AP physics, AP chemistry... high school (Advanced Placement) courses that teach first year college material, along with a test, so that students can start college with a one year head start in a particular subject.

This is possible since the introduction of the Locale class.

OK, now I know what AP stands for, thanks Henry.
