There is no such thing as "scope variables" in Java. (or any programming languages that I know of).
The "scope" is a characteristic of a variable, that
you should understand. Basically, it defines the context for which the variable is valid. For example, a local variable defined within the method, is only valid for the method call. It can't be accessed from other methods, nor does its value persist over multiple method calls.
