There is a website FindSounds, Which "searches the web" for sounds. Am I allowed to put these sounds in games which I then try to market somewhere down the road without infringin' on no one's rights?

No clue about legality and stuff.. but on top of my head, u can't use the sounds without copyright etc etc..

The website gets to show links coz its not downloading stuff or anything. It is just providing you with a link (pretty much like google's pdf search)

i think it depends on the sound... findsounds own site says

The sounds in these audio files may be copyrighted and their use governed by national and international copyright laws.

This means it's going to vary from site to site, and file to file. You're going to have to ultimatly check the wording on the site where you pull the sound file... and even that may not protect you if THAT site is using it illegally...
