I was about to say what Bear has said. Please first have a look at the available forums and choose the appropriate one which does not mislead others.

Also you can check the HowToAskQuestionsOnJavaRanch and JavaBeginnersFAQ links in JavaRanch before posting to the queries and do a small search in order to avoid repeating the same questions, until your query having some enhanced/improved doubts or clarifications.

Reflection is most often used in tools and frameworks, and is rarely needed in general business application code. See if the Sun Tutorial helps you imagine where you might use it.
