How are you planning to do it ?
As in Java API I do not think that there is anything that would automatically do your folder protection.

You have to yourself work with the files present in the folder.
Are you planning to encrypt the content of all the files in the folder and and on successful authentication of the user you will again decrypt it and present to the user.
