can't find correct classpath for the required properties file

As I've been trying to make something like:
propFile = new
but the compiler keeps complain:
: class path resource [src/props/myProperties.txt] cannot be opened because it does not exist
Any suggestion about the thing/article/stuff to read on, and then I can obtain sharp understanding to get it done myself?

I’ve looked at a lot of different solutions, and in my humble opinion Aspose is the way to go. Here’s the link:
