Hi,

i want to extend a chat client to include a mask/view which interfaces with (or at least shows results with links to) a P2P client (its for the Azureus client which is written in java).

Im not too sure how to go about this as i have never worked with plugins before?

I have found a javadoc plugin interface for the Azureus client.

To add the functionality i need for my java chat client,....should i be working with plugins?

maybe someone can give me some hints as to how to begin going about extending my chat client.

thanks.

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
