is jvm is machine dependent,and is java is pure object oriented language,what is the criteria of deciding the object oriented component in any program

"Pure OO language" is not a well defined term. You could ask 5 people, and get 8 answers. Tell us what YOU think "pure OO language" means, and perhaps someone can answer your question.
