This code opens the default text editor with a directory path string and file name -- at least it does on windows 2000 ! no matter whether the directory path "logFileDirectoryString" contains spaces " " or not i.e. C:\Documents and Settings etc
On XP however It does not work it tries to open "C:\Documents"
I have tried substituting "" for spaces, enclosing paths with spaces with "". I am running out of ideas.
Please help Geoff
