Hello all,
It has been less than a month I started studying Java.
But as I catch the language very fast (too good with the programming) I am almost done with Core Java expect 2 chapters behind.

Now in the I/O chapters, there are hell lots of streams. A good programmers should know everything. But its difficult to learn all the methods and also about different stream classes. Do I need to know all the streams classes ??

I have only 2 months to complete a project in Java.

Looking forward for good suggestions.

A good programmers should know everything.
Personally, I disagree with this statement. In fact, i don't think it's POSSIBLE to know everything about the language.
Do I need to know all the streams classes

That depends on what your project is and what it needs.

You don't need to know every single part of the API. Just make sure you have a link to it, preferably on your local hard drive in case of an Internet connection failure.

I've been programming in Java for about 8 years but use the API regularly. That's what it's there for.
