help in javax

i need to know how to download javax package....
is there any manual for javax.speech...
I am doing a mini-proj on speech to text recognition and synthesizing....

Welcome to JavaRanch.

There is not a single javax package. There are a number of packages under javax and some of those are part of the standard Java runtime environment.
