Hi
I need JSE1.4 for windowXP.
but that must not be a exe file.
Can any body tell me the link to download it ?

You can download JDK 1.4 here (look for "J2SE 1.4.2_17 SDK"): http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/download.html
However, I don't think it's available in any other format than an .exe.

At least not for Windows.
What's the problem with .exe files? Are you not allowed to download them? If so, are you even allowed to install Java yourself? I'd first check with your IT department.
