while adding keylistener in java it gives the keycode, but actually i need scan code how to get the scancode as similar to vc++(MFC) in java.Because im working in multiple languages different keyboard i have to support.if keycode used so may problem arises. to sove the problem, how can i get the scan code in java

What is scan code? How does it relate to keycode? Is there a translation from one to the other?

scan code is a value based in the position of the key in the keyboard. scancode relates th the hardware specific
