Best Java based CMS tool?

Hi all,
I am looking for a tool that will allow users who are not familiar with HTML to modify content on a website, and possibly upload documents (PDF and Word) onto that website.

Does anyone have any specific suggestions? I am looking for something that is Java based, free and simple to set up and use.

Thanks in advance for your valuable advice.

If you're looking for an open source solution, then there's no shortage. OpenCMS, Alfresco and Magnolia are the more popular and powerful ones.

I agree. Here's the link: http://zeroturnaround.com/jrebel - it saves me about five hours per week
