I get an error in line (theHash.put("North", numSetNorth3);

What am I doing wrong?
Thank you.

what is the error?

There are only two hard things in computer science: cache invalidation, naming things, and off-by-one errors

The operator that you use here cannot be used for the type of value that you are using it for.
You are either using the wrong type here, or the wrong operator.
