how to clear WCD 5.0 / differences in Head First old and new editions

Hi....
never thought..i could make it...
infact its very easy clearing wcd, provided you do some real good work...

It took me nearly 4 weeks(no need to study continuously...2-3 hrs a day
would be more than enough...) to have a good grip on the topics...(I
just knew only the basics before that...)

go thru HF...do not leave even a single topic(though some of the topics
are not so interesting...like listeners...coz...they are not covered to
full extent...)

Once this is done...revise...If you really understand each and every
topic...revision would really take a day or two...

I would suggest you to go through Manning book for design patterns topic. For all the remaining topics, HF is enough.

go thru API for most basic interfaces/classes. You need to know what are the methods from what interfaces/classes

Do some online mock exams..there are so many sites which offer this..no need to buy any material/ exam simulators, etc.

Once you are done with all this...i can assure you...you will definitely pass the
exam...

thats it...

one more thing...most of the people think wcd 1.4 and 5.0 have many
differences...there is nothing like that...only the level of difficulty
has been enhanced..

and...regd. head first old and new editions...
the new version has exactly 30 pages extra...so no need to buy the new
edition if you have an older one...
