commandLink/Button image src via CSS

I know, h:commandLink has not the property image as h:commandButton has.

Well look at this (this works):

now, I want to set up my Image via CSS (this does not work):

You see, I only wanna set the image for my link via CSS, but it does NOT work. All Paths are correct!

When I do this, then my font for my link-text changes:

But I cannot set my image via CSS.

I want to set the image of my commandLink or commandButton via CSS! How can I do that?
