include navibar from external XHTML file

Let's assume following situation:

_template.xhtml====================


home.xhtml========================

def_navi.xhtml==========================




As you can see I would like to load menu from def_navi.xhtml. When I would like to load main page (home.xhtml is my main page) in internet browser I have info:


When I check logs I found:



I thing that also file structure could be helpful

web
-templates
--_template.xhtml
-views
--def_navi.xhtml
-WEB-INF
--home.xhtml
--index.jsp

I don't undertand Tomcat logs, because def_navi.xhtml and _templete.xhtml are in diffrent directories.

I will be very greatful for your help. I read some articles and tutorials and I don't know why this simple example doesn't work.
