"james insertend",

Welcome to the JavaRanch! We don't have many rules around here, but we do require that you use a proper display name. Could you correct it, please? Information on what we need can be found at http://www.javaranch.com/name.jsp

Also, there's no point in repeating a question. It just clutters things up. Not every question on the Ranch gets answered. Sometimes nobody knows the answer. Sometimes it just takes a while, since no one here gets paid to provide rapid response.

It wouldn't hurt if you were using proper English, though. When you don't capitalize words properly and use "leet" spellings, you give the impression that you're not a professional and it gives the impression that you don't do your research well enough to be able to ask the question intelligently. Plus, since English isn't the first language of a lot of people here, the farther you deviate from the standard, the harder it is for people to understand you. Your question looks like one long sentence and I'm not even sure it's about JSF. Every time I try to read it, the "i'm"s and "itz"s distract me to the point where I'm not sure what you're saying.

We're not expecting perfection here, and nobody's going to flame you, but we need your help.

Customer surveys are for companies who didn't pay proper attention to begin with.
